What kind of call routing can I set up?
You can build almost any call routing scenario you can imagine. This includes simple call forwarding, time-of-day routing for business hours, menu systems (IVRs), call queues for busy teams, and geographic routing to direct callers to their local office. Our Visual Flow Builder allows for even more complex, custom logic without any coding.
Do you offer call recording and transcription?
Yes. We provide secure, on-demand call recording that can be enabled per number or per call flow. Recordings can be stored securely with us or delivered to your own storage (like AWS S3). Furthermore, if enabled on your service, we use AI to provide accurate, searchable transcriptions and summaries of your recorded calls for training and quality assurance.
Can I use my own SIP trunks or carrier (BYOC)?
Yes. The "Bring Your Own Carrier" model is a core part of our platform's flexibility. You can easily connect your existing SIP trunks from any major provider, allowing you to maintain your carrier relationships and take advantage of competitive rates while using our powerful call management features on top.

How does your pricing work?
Our primary model is a simple 'Pay Per Number' plan, where you pay a flat monthly or annual fee for each number. This includes full platform access and bundled minutes. We also offer discounted rates for high-volume customers and resellers. All plans have separate per-minute charges for call usage (if bundle is breached), ensuring you only pay for what you actually use.
Are call minutes included in the number rental?
Yes, our number rental plans are designed for value and typically include a generous bundle of call minutes. This ensures you have predictable monthly costs for your primary usage. For usage that exceeds the included bundle, standard per-minute rates apply.
Whitelabel & Reseller
What is the Whitelabel solution?
Our Whitelabel plan provides you with your own dedicated, private instance of the CallPlatform portal, completely branded with your company's logo, colors, and domain name. From the login page to user notification emails, every aspect is customized so your clients only ever see your brand. It's the perfect solution for reselling our services as your own.
Is the platform multi-tenant for resellers?
Yes. Our platform is built with a powerful multi-tenant architecture. As a reseller, you can manage all your customers under a single master account, while each customer has their own secure, isolated portal where they can only see and manage their own numbers and services. This provides both centralized control for you and complete privacy for your clients.

How is the platform secured?
Security is a top priority. We employ multiple layers of protection, including Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for user logins, IP-based firewalls to restrict access to your services, and automated systems that monitor for and block fraudulent activity, such as high call rates from suspicious sources.
Do you offer an API for developers?
Yes, we provide a comprehensive REST API that allows developers to programmatically manage numbers, view call logs, initiate calls, and integrate CallPlatform's functionality directly into their own applications and workflows. API access is included in all our plans.
