Shared platform service
A managed platform for providers that want to launch quickly while keeping their own brand and commercial model.
Commission a JMB-managed, single-tenant CallPlatform estate around your region, carriers, customer model and commercial ambitions. The whole service is designed and operated as one platform.
A dedicated estate is a designed managed service, not a shrink-wrapped server bundle. Scope, region, integrations and migration are agreed through discovery.
JMB runs shared and dedicated CallPlatform instances for communications providers in both regions. Each instance is shaped around the local market, carrier relationships, customer brand and operating model.
A managed platform for providers that want to launch quickly while keeping their own brand and commercial model.
Customer-branded instances located close to the market and designed around Australian carrier connectivity.
Single-tenant services with their own portal, customer operations, reporting and release plan.
Start in the region that serves your customers, then plan further capacity and locations as demand grows.
Deployment examples are not identical templates: footprint, carriers, enabled services, integrations and commercial responsibilities vary by estate.
The core telephony, automation, application, data and reporting services are commissioned for your organisation rather than placing you inside a multi-tenant deployment.
Dedicated core components, service capacity and agreed change coordination for the estate.
Shape accounts, rates, packages, billing and prepay around the proposition you sell.
Use your customer-facing domain, visual brand and service catalogue across the portal.
Work with the team that builds CallPlatform rather than assembling and owning each component alone.
The managed shared platform is the fastest fit for many organisations. Dedicated becomes valuable when separation, branding, regional design or commercial control justify a platform of your own.
| Decision | Dedicated CallPlatform | Managed shared platform |
|---|---|---|
| Core tenancy | Single-tenant estate commissioned for one operator | Account and tenant controls within JMB’s managed platform |
| Best starting point | Operators with defined scale, regional or channel requirements | Teams that want to launch quickly without a separate estate programme |
| Brand and portal | Deep white-label around agreed customer domains and service model | Standard managed experience with available branding options |
| Carriers and commercial model | Designed around agreed interconnects, hierarchy, catalogue and rating model | Use the shared platform’s supported routes and packaged commercial options |
| Region and service design | Designed during discovery, subject to external availability | JMB’s established shared deployment design |
| Change and capacity planning | Coordinated around the estate’s agreed service plan | Managed as part of the shared platform release and capacity plan |
| Day-to-day platform operations | JMB managed | JMB managed |
The exact service, responsibilities and commercial terms are defined during discovery. Dedicated is not automatically the better answer. We will establish whether the extra control is worth the additional setup and operating cost.
CallPlatform is more than call control. The dedicated model brings the live service, customer experience, commercial controls and operational insight into one managed platform.
Connect your existing carriers, protect inbound traffic and control how numbers enter and move through the platform.
Run IVRs, queues, routing, recordings, AI Agents, speech and automation with resilience and fallback built in.
Keep recordings, speech assets and complete call records connected to the right customer and service.
Give call routing, customer configuration, billing and live activity one dependable source of truth.
Numbers, services, users, audio, AI, reports, packages and account operations in your customer-facing brand.
Account hierarchies, rates, packages, rentals, invoices, credit and wallet-led prepay operations around your offer.
High-volume analytics, reporting APIs, live dashboards and detailed call records for customers and operators.
Service health, metrics, logs, security monitoring, backup planning and operational views across the estate.
The value of a dedicated estate appears in what your team can operate and what your customers can buy: a coherent brand, catalogue and service lifecycle from number allocation through usage and billing.
A dedicated estate changes more than a web address. We work from the customer proposition and call flows through regional design, data boundaries, migration and ongoing service.
Map the proposition, users, call volumes, services, carriers, integrations, risks and required outcomes.
Agree the region, data flows, expected capacity, portal brand and pricing model.
Build the estate, connect the agreed dependencies and configure representative customer journeys.
Complete technical and operational acceptance, then transition numbers, services or customers in controlled waves.
Monitor the service, coordinate releases, review capacity and expand the proposition with evidence.
We separate the dedicated CallPlatform estate from the networks and processors it deliberately uses, then make those data flows part of design and governance.
Core carrier connections, call handling, automation, platform data, portals, reporting and monitoring are commissioned for one operator in the agreed region.
Where enabled, external processors may handle selected call audio, transcripts, prompts, knowledge or generated speech according to the configured feature and provider terms.
Telephone numbers, interconnects and call delivery cross the selected carrier and public communications networks, each with its own operating and regulatory boundary.
Connector Studio and agent actions exchange the approved data required by customer-selected CRM, dispatch, calendar, messaging or other provider APIs.
A dedicated estate creates a clear core platform boundary; it does not by itself ensure that every part of an end-to-end service remains in one country. Discovery should map carriers, AI and speech providers, connectors, backups, support access and retention against your requirements.
Dedicated CallPlatform is strongest when communications is a strategic customer product or operating capability, rather than simply another monthly software login.
Bring numbers, routing, AI, inbound automation, reporting, billing and customer operations into one branded platform.
Run a deeper white-label proposition with account hierarchy, catalogue and commercial operations designed for the channel.
Design a regional, integrated communications estate around high-value call journeys and the systems that serve them.
JMB does. Dedicated CallPlatform is a managed cloud service in which we build, deploy, monitor and evolve the agreed estate. Your team operates customers, services and commercial configuration through the platform; it is not a software distribution handed over for unsupported operation.
We agree the region during discovery. We can design around a supported cloud region, but carrier connections, service availability, call quality, external providers, resilience and commercial constraints all shape the final service.
Not necessarily. The core estate can be placed in an agreed region, while calls still traverse carrier networks and enabled AI, speech or business-system integrations may use external processors. We document those boundaries and configuration choices so they can be assessed against your requirements.
Yes. You can connect your existing carriers through the platform’s carrier controls and keep or migrate number ranges where your carrier and local regulations allow. We confirm the connection, number ownership and migration plan during onboarding.
The estate is based on the full CallPlatform product, but scope, integrations, enabled processors, rollout sequence, licences and bespoke work are agreed commercially. The service design should say what is included at launch and how later platform capabilities are adopted.
It is scoped rather than sold as a one-size plan. Regions, environments, capacity, migration, support, integrations and any tailored product work shape the setup and ongoing commercial proposal.
We’ll work through your customer model, region, carrier relationships, call volumes, data boundaries, product catalogue and migration path. Then we’ll show what a dedicated CallPlatform programme should look like.
